Osteopathy
My Osteopathic skills are directed at the treatment and management of back, neck and joint problems and specific conditions such as acute and chronic backache, neck and shoulder tension, slipped discs, headaches, arthritis and sports injuries.

Naturopathy & Homœopathy
As a Naturopath and Homœopath I believe the body has the ability to heal itself. To assist this process I offer my knowledge and expertise on the natural approach to all other health matters such as eczema, IBS, PMS, asthma, arthritis and blood pressure.

Stress Management
I am also particularly interested in Stress Management and incorporate all my skills to create a natural approach, which results in a heightened state of relaxation and creates a positive mental attitude. Take the Stress Test.
